Customers can now choose between card reader and USB 3.0

Hanover, June 8, 2012 – XILENCE, a specialist in cooling, power supply and sound minimisation for PCs and notebooks, is now expanding its product range to include an SSD/HDD dock with card reader (ZUB-XPSSD.CR) - an upgrade to the existing SSD dock ZUB-XPSSD.

"Many customers have asked us for a card reader, and the new dock reflects this feedback," explains Bastian Fröhlig, Xilence PR Manager. Instead of the two additional USB 3.0 connections which can be run from the motherboard to the front of the computer that have been used up to now, the new SSD/HDD dock uses a 4-in-1 card reader. Otherwise, many functions remain the same.

The SSD/HDD dock is easy to install in any 5.25" PC bay, and has space for two 2.5" SSD hard drives that can be connected via Hot Swap, i.e. on the fly.

The XILENCE SSD/HDD dock is available in stores now for €24.90 / 22,99 GBP
 (suggested retail price).
